Last Updated: September 15, 2026

This policy explains how Latuos handles product and account enforcement. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Enforcement Actions

  • Product warning and correction request.
  • Temporary unpublish of one or more product pages.
  • Download disablement while risk or legal review is in progress.
  • Account suspension with access limits.
  • Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations.

Immediate Action Triggers

  • Credible fraud indicators or abuse campaigns.
  • Content that appears clearly unlawful or clearly prohibited.
  • Payment processor or legal compliance escalation.
  • Repeated non-compliance after prior warnings.

Latuos may act without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, safety, or payment-partner requirements.

Appeals

  • Submit appeals to contact@latuos.com.
  • Include account email, affected product URL, action date, and supporting evidence.
  • Latuos provides an initial response target of 5 business days.
  • Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal.
  • Latuos may uphold, modify, or reverse the action after review. Appeal review is based on the information submitted, internal risk signals, legal obligations, and payment-partner requirements.

Repeat Violations

Repeated violations result in permanent termination and prohibition on creating new accounts without written approval.
